jrvjeo asked: I have fallen into this payday loan hole, and I can seem to get myself out. What would be the best solution to pay them off fast, if I don’t have the money. Should I try and get a personal loan?

atomzer0 asked: I’m looking for a loan of about $800 ASAP. I could pay it in full when I get paid in 12 days. I’m looking for a place online or in the Salt Lake area.
I know payday loans are a rip off, but getting evicted would cost me even more.

eaglelover_1967 asked: I have a bankrupcy and then married a man who has very poor credit. However, I have a good income at a stable employment. I am even willing for automatic withdrawls to assure payment. I just need an urgent loan that is not a payday loan.
Please be aware if you are following any of these links that anyone from Nigeria is suspect. One scammed me and to be honest I have not cleared up which one because information was accidentally sent (by me) to the wrong person however I am informed that the other person also received a deposit that could only have been paid to them with ID. These people are GANN TIFANY”

Casey asked: Hi. I recently just got my first credit card ever and used it to make a $1600 purchase. The credit limit is $3000, so obviously I’m over 50% of the balance, and I just learned that’s bad for credit scores. I expect to be able to pay off the purchase in the next two or three months. Will my credit score go back up immediately after I get the balance on my card down, or will it take a while? Thanks.

Trinity B asked: I recently took out a payday loan and in order to do so they required I write a post dated check. I can’t afford to pay the amount right now. If I simply close out the account to avoid overdraft and NSF check fees from my bank, is that considered fraudulent and can I be criminally charged?

Philosopher asked: Let’s say I buy something for $100. I return it and they say I will have that credit back on my credit card. So now my credit card balance is $100? What if I paid for that $100 already and then returned it and got credit back? Can a credit card have a balance and have money withdrawn from it?

queen_kat779 asked: Will my credit card be under a cost of goods account, expense account, loan or what? The equipment had already been paid in full by the credit card, now we are paying the credit card off. Should I name the credit card as a vendor?

Mrs. E asked: Im currently disputing a lot of derrogatory info on my credit reports from all 3 agencies. I currently have no major credit cards and was informed that if I opened a credit card account and made the payments on time that would up my credit score.
