Laura asked: My friend was discharged some 4 years ago. Is it possible for her to take a personal loan? Will getting rid of credit cards be feasible or a bad idea?

Wonder Woman asked: I don’t use payday loans as a rule, but I am in a jam. I go to any cash advance site, fill out the information, THEN I get directed to yet another site to fill out the SAME information…and it keeps on going to different loan sites and nothing gets processed. Does anyone know why this is?? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

blue11 asked: Would it be hard to get a payday loan if you filed for bankruptcy and credit *****? I filed for bankruptcy over a year ago–it was discharged…before i filed i was up to my next in payday loans==four different companies. Would that affect me now for getting a payday loan? I suppose if i didnt go through the same companys as i did before like moneytree for instance i would be okay….what do you think? I need a loan for 400 dollars.
i dont need debt consolidation—i just need 400 soon. Thats the only way i know of getting it. Unless i keep applying for unsecured credit cards and by chance get approved.

tucsondude asked: In some areas of the country they are trying to ban payday loan stores, citing predatory practices and unfair interest rates. These places have clearly listed their rates, as high as they are, on paper and listed in signed contracts. Opponents of the proposed law banning payday loans say that the extra fees are better than not getting money for a needed car repair, a bill that must be paid (electric, gas) or bouncing a check because the money was not in the account. What’s your take on these places. Explain your position.

♥Ashley asked: He’s 20 and has established, decent credit. He already has a car loan for $4,000 and now he wants a loan for $10,000…
Is that still a ‘personal loan’?
