mj29@sbcglobal.net asked: I have bad credit and I want to get a personal loan of about 3-5000 but I keep getting denied. I want to pay off bills and just have the loan to pay off to get myself back on track. I have heard people say they can get a loan with bad credit but I cant seem to find anyone to help me.

joyce asked: I took out a personal loan from a credit union for $4000. The intrest rate is 9.9% and I have 5 years to pay it back. Did I get a good deal? My credit is in excellent condition, I have never been late on a bill and I have one student loan bill already pain in full.

Sherry N asked: I have gotten in over my head.Started out with one loan for an emergency..Could’nt pay it so took another loan to pay it, then another to pay it.Now I am trapped in 4 loans. Paying $76 each every two weeks to extend it (them) for another two weeks. Over $300 each payday. What will happen to me if I close my bank account? Will I go to jail? I am so scared, but am about 30 minutes away from being homeless because of this mess. This last payday, I went without any food for two weeks, living off of what my co-workers didnt eat from thier lunch. This is pitiful..I could not even buy myself something off of the dollar menu…..Can anyone tell me if I will go to jail. I am 50 years old and have never ever been in any trouble…I am in such a deserate state over all this mess.

coachgirl_09 asked: I am trying to pay off credit card bills ($2,000 in credit card debt), get a new laptop and set aside $2,000 for a deposit on an apartment for next year. Is it better to take out a personal loan or apply for another credit card and do a balance transfer on it. Thanks!

Brandi asked: I just turned 18 and I am trying to get my own place but they said I need to have good credit. To have good credit, they said I have to build good credit, but the only way to build good credit is to have good credit. Why is that? I was looking at credit cards and purchases become way more expensive when you buy them a credit card. So why use one? But to build credit you need to use one. Am I mistaken? Could someone explain how a credit card works please?
