When you sign up for a payday loan but don;t receive it, then you get phone calls How do you stop them?

put yourself on the national no call list.
It takes at least a month for your registration to take effect, but they all have to quit calling eventually.
And from now on, consider those payday lenders nothing more than a thieves den.

Ask them to remove you from their mailing/soliciting list. IF they persist, ask for their address and let them know that you will be taking legal action for harassment if you recieve another call.

i would like to answer this question. you would have to let them know that you want to be removed from there call list also if you get emails soliciting loans or credit cards after you applied you can click on the unsuscribe button on the bottom of the email and they will remove you from there list. If there is no unsuscribe button on the email they are in violation of the ICCAN spam act where they need to provide you the option to opt out of marketing email they sent.

leswickederwrestler84, Go to your bank and discuss a payday loan loan with them. In emergencies, sometimes the bank is more understanding than you might think they are.
Sometimes the Salvation Army will pull through as well,if you have one in your area.
Take time to look into your community for support, but some people don’t have all the options that come with an understanding community.

leswickederwrestler84, Try finding other methods to get the cash first. Payday loan companies offer a great service, but it’s not something just anyone should get invovled with. If you do take a loan, pay it back quickly.
